I’ve been working to build relationships with vendors and when Vicky at Kees Hotel asked me to exhibit at their bridal fayre I was sooooo excited. The bridal event ran from 4pm to 7.30pm last night, and to be honest some bridal fayres you attend are super busy, while others could have very few attend. So you really don’t know what to expect. I’m glad to say though that it was one of the best bridal events I’ve attended, there was a constant and steady stream of people throughout the day. Great to catchup and get to know so many brides and grooms to be in such a short space of time and fingers crossed I get a booking from the event.

One thing that was also really good about yesterday was chatting to some of the other photographers there. They were really complimentary about my work and interested to find out how I captured some of the images, what lenses I am using etc. It’s really good to get validation from your peers that what you are producing is of a high standard…so I am feeling really good after the bridal fayre – although I can’t say the same for my feet!

I think my stand’s looking a bit better – think displaying the photos at the side of the stand really draws people over.Here’s a shot of a lovely couple checking out my stand and album.
