Having worked with Michael in Ernest Jones the Jewellers while at university, I was really delighted when he asked me to capture his marriage to his wonderful bride, Claire.

I shot their pre-wedding shoot earlier in the year when I was in Edinburgh for the weekend. Last month I travelled back to Scotland’s capital for their stunning wedding at The Royal Terrace Hotel. In the morning Claire and her bridesmaids got ready in her suite. She looked stunning and when Michael set eyes on her they looked as if they felt like the happiest people in the world. After the service we shot some family photos out the back of the hotel and then I shot the bridal party and the couple having fun. The speeches and the meal were excellent and at the end of the evening we made it outside for some really cool photos of Michael and Claire.

Claire looked incredible.

Michael looked very sharp in his kilt.
