I recently decided to get together with some of my photography buddies for a shoot out at Edenmore Golf & Country Club. I’ve got to know Steven Hanna, Peter Crymble and Chris Semple well and we usually hang out at the SWPP Convention and other events during the year.

Last year we met for Christmas lunch and this year Chris thought it would be cool to get together for a shoot. Doing shoots like this is great for learning new techniques and trying out things you don’t get a chance to on a wedding day.

I posted on Facebook for a couple who were married and who fancied donning their wedding attire again and Oonagh and Damien, who wed earlier this year  jumped at the chance.

Hairdresser of the Year, Margaret Johnston from Honey Hair & Beauty did a fab job on Oonagh’s hair and awarding winning make-up artist, Rosemary Wright finished off her look beautifully. John Paul Florist provided a gorgeous bouquet and a buttonhole which really set the look off.

We shot right through until it was dark and tried out some cool shots with sparklers before a scary drive back through the course in a golf cart with nothing to light the way but an Ice Light!
