Best friends for years at university, even spending a year together in Sweden, Laura and Patrick eventually got together and have been inseparable ever since.

The talented engineers now have exciting careers design dynamic products for world leading brands and have made their home in Swindon for now where they spend all of their time together. That’s what Laura told me in the morning as she got ready and she couldn’t wait to see Paddy.

I always seem to come in handy for a range of jobs on the morning of a wedding and this time was no exception with me getting roped into doing the usher’s (and Laura’s brother) hair.

My second shooter, Helen McCarter met me at the church where we hung out with Paddy and his groomsmen before Laura arrived. The service was beautiful, and after family photos we made our way to Redcastle Hotel for their reception. We had a chance through the evening to visit the terrace for a range of images of the couple. I’ve got to say that Laura and Paddy are so in love and it was clear to see for everyone lucky enough to be there to celebrate their amazing wedding day.
