KILSHANE HOUSE WEDDING, TIPPERARY : ANDRENA + GARETH

Andrena and Gareth’s day was truely special. I met the glamourous couple weeks before for their engagement session in Belfast and having photographed Andrena before, when she was bridesmaid at Catherine Lagan’s wedding, it was great to get to know them even better and I was really looking forward to capturing their fab wedding.

Kilshane House is really gorgeous and with Una Healy from ‘The Saturdays’ married there just weeks before, I had plenty of chances to scope out the venue in OK magazine and looked forward to creating some cool images for Andrena and Gareth there.

Andrena looked stunning and the mood at Kilshane house was fun and laid back as they prepared for the day ahead. Gareth and guys were with my second shooter for the day, (Alastair Moore from Lifetime Image) and he got some images of them grabbing a Guinness before the service.

On setting eyes on one another for the first time in the chapel, the couple beamed with happiness and throughout the service they stole looks at one another. On exiting the chapel a Ferrari awaited, and after their receiving line, Andrena and Gareth rallied away to Kilshane House. At Kilshane House we spent some time capturing some natural images of the couple in the grounds, before family photos and the couple had a chance to hang out with their guests before making their way to the main room, which looked incredible. Speeches were hilarious, the food was delicious and the dancing later was epic as Andrena and Gareth celebrated their day with those closest to them.
