Jodie and David were married on Thursday 30th August 2018, during a beautiful outdoor ceremony in Drenagh Estate’s Moon Garden, before hosting their reception in a marquee on the grounds.

The couple have been friends from a young age, living just a few doors apart. Their friendship strengthened over the years and during their early twenties they ventured on many group trips and even lived together briefly during university. They finally became a couple in their late twenties, Jodie moved in a week later and three years later their wedding day arrived.

The theme for the day was a beautiful combination of an abundance of blush pinks, wood and hessian, which was perfect given the countryside setting.

When it came to finishing touches, Jodie and David really thought of it all! The groom and groomsmen took a helicopter ride from Eglinton Airfield to the venue, Drenagh’s beautiful grounds came alive as guests took part in lawn games, there was a donut wall, cupcake stand and to top it all off, a fireworks display to end the night!

The happy couple headed on a Mediterranean cruise to Palma, Marseillem, Florence, Rome and Pisa, followed by a short stay in Barcelona, before heading to Disneyland Paris for a couple of days before coming home.
