Last week we had an unexpected delivery. I asked the delivery person who the package was from and they said it was from O2 Platinum customer service. When we opened the box here’s what we found.

Apparently Margaret was speaking to customer service about something on the phone and they got talking about what we did in the States and Margaret must have mentioned that we got engaged!

Well done O2 for surprising us and of course we’ll be loyal customers for a long time yet…maybe a little lesson there for all of us!
