He got down on his knee to propose along the stunning waterfront in Derry, she blushed and said yes of course!
I can’t wait to shoot Cathy and Rob’s wedding in October at Beech Hill Country House Hotel in Derry. Cathy was in my primary school and I used to hang around with her brother, so I was delighted when she got in touch to book her wedding.
The weather last night was beautiful, after a great week of sunshine the light was so soft and I was able to capture some lovely images of Cathy and Rob. They were really willing to trust me, even when I suggested taking a trip into a building site – they only looked at me as if I was mad for a second!
A great image to start the engagement shoot – the waterfront in Derry is a really stunning backdrop.
Saw this cool door when we were walking along the quay.
I love these doors – exactly the type of background I go for.
Wasn’t sure if this background would work, but think it looks so cool!
This was taken at the fountains in the newly refurbished Guildhall Square. It looks amazing.
It took a little convincing, but the guys had such a laugh running through the fountains!
The Derry walls are really amazing.
Cathy and Rob are such a great couple – these images are my favourite.
This blew me AWAY! (Sorry bad joke!)
Hiya! they are amazing pics!! can’t wait for the wedding now!
Donal, You’re a legend… really impressed with your work and have to admit you made the whole evening great fun… one less thing to worry about on the wedding day knowing that the magic will be captured by you..
