Alice and Emmett were married on 29 April, with a ceremony at Glendermott Parish Church and a reception at the An Grianan Hotel.

On the day of the wedding, I met up with Alice at her house for morning prep, while my second shooter, Tom Nicholl, prepped with the men at Emmett’s house.

I really enjoyed shooting with this bridal party. Everyone was having a great time, enjoying the sun and just having a laugh together.

Just after the bride and groom portraits, we arrived at An Grianan Hotel and the heavens opened up, and it poured rain. Up until that point, it had been a beautiful day—but luckily, I had shot everything I needed to get. The rain stopped after dinner, and I loved the fresh, clear air that happens after a heavy downpour. It gave us an epic sunset.
