There’s something so special about a destination wedding. The combination of the amazing setting, intimacy and venue with a difference makes for a truly memorable day.

I was super excited about Vanessa and Michael’s wedding, not just because it was in the gorgeous Italy, but because I was the one who introduced them. Michael is a very close friend and one of my second shooters, and I know Vanessa from school. I had a feeling they’d hit it off and so set about getting them together for a blind date. The rest, as they say, is history.

On 4th May 2017, Vanessa and Michael were married at Villa Grazioli, surrounded by their closest family and friends.

The historic village was a gorgeous setting for their photographs, and the day was packed full of amazing details – check out that pink Cadillac! The couple definitely chose to do their day, their way.
