Rachel and Christopher were married on Friday 7th December 2018 during a ceremony at Holy Family Church, Ballymagroarty, before hosting their reception at An Grianan Hotel.

Childhood sweets Rachel and Christopher have known each other since the age of 9. Rachel’s cousin (one of the couple’s best friends and groomsman at the wedding), lived next door to Christopher growing up. They were always friends before they started dating when they were 16.

The couple definitely proved that December is a truly magical time of the year to get married. The theme for their wedding was festive-inspired with red, silver and sparkly finishing touches elegantly infused throughout. Plus, notice the superhero theme also at play. We suspect the groom may have had something to do with this.

The bridal party definitely impressed guests! Rachel choose a Justin Alexander A-line lace dress, with a faux fur cover-up to complete her look. Her bridesmaids wore Grecian style floor length red dresses, which were definitely fitting for the season.

Guests had an amazing day from start to finish, commenting on the effort that the couple had gone to.

Rachel and Christopher enjoyed a mini-moon in Edinburgh and Glasgow and are looking forward to a trip to Lapland in March!
