Laura and Darren were married on August 3rd 2017 during a gorgeous ceremony in St Eugene’s Cathedral, Derry, before hosting their reception at An Grianan Hotel, Co, Donegal.

I arrived at the Cathedral to meet Darren and his groomsmen ahead of the ceremony, and before the bridal party arrived. Everyone was in great spirits, looking forward to an amazing day ahead.

Laura choose an embellished ballgown, which perfectly fitted the venue. Her bridesmaids wore tea-length fit and flare dresses, while her maid of honour was distinguished in a floor length dress of the same colour. The bouquets were bright and beautiful, which effortlessly tied the colour scheme together.

After the ceremony, we took advantage of the bright September day and the city’s iconic locations, including the Craft Village and Ebrington Square, with the Peace Bridge providing the perfect backdrop for a few photos. Following this, we headed to An Grianan Hotel for the reception.

Darren is English and the couple currently live in England, so it was lovely to see a combination of their lives through their choice of finishing touches, which went down a storm with guests.
