Ciara and Brendan were married on Saturday 28th July 2018 during a beautiful church ceremony, before hosting their reception at the ever-stylish Galgorm Resort & Spa.

Ciara and Brendan met at the ages of 17 and 18 while at secondary school. A couple who are clearly meant to be, I was excited about this day for sure!

What I love about these guys, is their attention to detail. It was clear that Ciara has an eye for fashion, which was epitomised in their finishing touches. When I arrived at the house, the bridal prep was in full flow so I set to photographing the many special details.

Ciara chose an embellished satin fit-and-flare gown, while her bridesmaids exuded vintage vibes in tea-length lilac dresses. Amazing accessories included embellished headbands and stunning sparkly shoes, while gorgeous bouquets effortlessly tied everything together. One of my favourite shots of the day is Ciara’s dad’s reaction to seeing her in her dress – wow!

Following the beautiful ceremony, we took some photos outside the church before heading to Galgorm Resort and Spa. The weather was a little on the wet side, so we captured some photos of the wedding party around the entrance, before nipping out later in the day when things had settled.

A highlight of the wedding reception was a surprise visit by drag queen, May McFettridge, which had guests in stitches!

Following the speeches, meal and cutting of the cake, guests joined the happy couple on the dance floor, after their first dance to Bob Marley’s ‘Is This Love’.
